 After 4 years of baking for the community from her home kitchen, she decided to expand her operations. Janice orchestrated the renovation of the old Capon Bridge Middle School cafeteria kitchen. In December 2025, she opened her doors, welcoming customers into the bright, inviting, fully equipped neighborhood bakery.
