Hampshire Wellness & Fitness opened in August of 2007 as a collaboration between the HCDA & Valley Health.  HWF offers a broad array of programs, services and equipment.  These amenities include a 75 foot long four lane indoor pool, a warm therapeutic pool, group exercise studio, a variety of circuit and free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and fitness equipment.  Locker rooms provide complimentary towels, lockers, hairdryers and bathing supplies.  In addition to the fitness services, the 26,000 square foot facility houses the Hampshire Memorial outpatient rehabilitation services, physical & occupational therapy.  HWF is home to many community programs such as Diabetes Support Groups, Girls on the Run, WVSDB & Potomac Center recreational swimming & fitness programs, DNR & Boy Scout trainings HHS & WVSDB swim teams and offers pool rentals to the public.  HWF has a staff of approximately 30 professional or certified employees.
